Bank of America Tower, formerly known as Gammon House, was built in the 1970s. The building was famous for the gold vault at the basement set up by HSBC. It is a well-known Grade A commercial building strategically located at the junction of Central and Admiralty. It provides convenient transportation and easy access to Hong Kong's core business districts. It is surrounded by world class hotels, retail establishments and restaurants. Due to its prime location and flexible office setting, the building has attracted many international and local corporations as its long term occupants for decades.

Bank of America Tower has its unique architectural design. It is in majestic white rectangular shape with unique red metal frames in some of the floors and accentuated by its distinctive rectangular windows all around its facades. It showcases itself at the waterfront commanding 180 degrees view of the Victoria Harbour.
