21 Two International Finance Centre

International Finance Centre complex, on the Central waterfront, is set to become the leading business and leisure arena in Hong Kong, and redefine the Central district as we know it. The entire 4.7 million square feet complex is a unique combination of prestigious offices, high-end shopping and entertainment, along with the world's finest hotel, all under one roof.

Completed in 1998, One International Finance Centre comprises 784,000 square feet set over 38 floors. By attracting a number of internationally renowned financial institutions, it has already set a benchmark for the continuing success of International Finance Centre as a business destination. 5,000 people are currently accommodated within the building.

Construction of Two International Finance Centre was completed in late 2003. 420 metres in height with 88 storeys, it is the tallest building with the most impressive city and harbour views in Hong Kong. The world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli designs the building with a simple, strong and memorable presence. It provides two million square feet of premium office space, and is designed and managed with an emphasis on customer care.

Two International Finance Centre also utilizes a range of sustainable and environmental friendly features such as double-glazed curtain wall with low e-coating, a seawater cooling system for air-conditioning and maximizes the use of natural light.
