1 Sun Hung Kai Centre
Sun Hung Kai Centre, located on the Victoria Harbour waterfront, was the first Grade A office building in the Wanchai North reclamation area. The building enjoys a stunning 270-degree view of the harbour, as well as close proximity to the Cross Harbour Tunnel for added transport convenience.The structure was completed in 1981, and now has 53 storeys and 904,000 square feet of gross floor area. It is the headquarters to Sun Hung Kai Properties and houses the regional head offices of many well-known international companies. Sun Hung Kai Centre has been awarded an "Excellent" rating under the HK BEAM assessment method, signifying an outstanding performance in the field of environmental protection.
