The Tourism Commission has launched a territory-wide public education campaign to promote hospitality culture in 2001. This campaign entitled "A Hospitable Hong Kong" Campaign aims to enhance community awareness of the contribution of the tourism industry to Hong Kong and, through such heightened awareness, promote a hospitable culture within the community.
