Lei Yue Mun Waterfront

We completed a series of minor improvement works in Lei Yue Mun (LYM) in 2003. To enhance the attractiveness of the area, we plan to further improve the facilities along its waterfront. The key features of the design include:
- construction of a public landing facility, a breakwater and a waterfront promenade, and five lookout points along the Lei Yue Mun Waterfront;
- construction of a new viewing terrace; and
- other streetscape improvement and landscaping works.
The relevant works departments are working on the detailed design and the required statutory procedures for gazettal of the project works.
